Got this rustbucket back in 1993 for free, (actually traded a 59 vert shell for it) and have been slowly collecting parts for it ever since. I have yet to drive it and its killing me!!

Some pics of what it looked like when I first got it.

Its been sitting in my dads garage since 1993.

Got an engine and trans in today (1/23/10), thanks to Chris and Frank.

Also put on my 15x8 Fuchs  8)

I will get them to tuck in another inch when I loose the adapters and put the studded drums in the rear and the porsche pattern disc up front

Damn, I figured out why the PO stopped driving the vert. The clutch cable was broken at the rear and when I tried to replace it I found out why.

Broken clutch tube inside the pan, PITA!!!!

Now I have to cut the pan and repair the tube, THIS SUCKS!!!!!!

As she sits today. Not much progress since the clutch tube discovery. Put on the 54 only tail lights to see how they look. Not sure if I am going to run hearts, eggs or snowflakes. I have the bullet fenders but also have the semaphore pockets as well. Decisions, decisions.
